In July of 2003 the Aimes Iowa Subbuteo Club held their first ever tournament. The tournament drew several players from across the mid-west. The St. Louis representatives were Mike Keller and Tim Boone. The tournament had many exciting games, one of which was a semifinal game between the St. Louis boys, Mike barely beat Tim to play Zach Walker in the finals. The final game was an intense match between two rivals. Zach played very well in the first scoring two goals, and Mike played very well in the second, but only managed one goal and a couple of shots of the post allowing Zach to win.
