The SLSL hosted its first ever tournament. This tournament was a huge success. Drawing players from all over the U.S. and Canada there were several great games, overtimes, shootouts, and one rugburn. National Champion Gregg Dienhardt, Rick Wilcox, and many others were a part of the competition.

Dienhardt and Wilcox went head to head in the finals in a close game that Dienhardt ultimately won.

St. Louis was represented by John Sarra, Tim Boone, and Mike Keller. All three players had a good showing. John beat Tim in the quaterfinals, and John beat mike in the third place game for a 3rd place finish. Mike Keller finshed 4th, and Tim Boone finshed 6th.
